Giants and Steelers are 0-5, but my vote for the biggest disappointment of the season goes to the Falcons. Atlanta actually was picked by some to get to the Super Bowl and has crashed.

They got this cheery news after last night's 30-28 loss to the Jets (which featured going for it on 4th and goal from the 1 to end the first half and getting nothing)

The Atlanta Falcons are concerned that wide receiver Julio Jones will miss the remainder of the season with a foot injury, a league source confirmed to ESPN.com.

Falcons coach Mike Smith addressed Jones' status during a news conference Tuesday afternoon, saying it was "premature" to call it a season-ending injury.

But Smith acknowledged that "the first diagnosis was not encouraging" before confirming that Jones will seek a second opinion Wednesday in Charlotte, N.C.

Sounds like the dreaded lis franc injury

As noted in this article, watching the 2013 Falcons is like watching the Steelers

The year is shaping up as the team's worst possible nightmare. The only positive is that quarterback Matt Ryan is still upright. But with the way the offensive line has played, there's no guarantee how long that will be the case.

Substitute Ben Roethlisberger for Matt Ryan in that paragraph and it is a Steelers story:mad:

I hate that for the A but they got rid of some key players from last years team too. Making the wrong cuts can have consequences on the team's overall success.

The Birds should've kicked the field goal before the half and I think they win that game.

what a shame. I was impressed how he completely schooled Cromartie and the refs with a one handed catch immediately after he was bogus flagged for pass interference, himself.
