Smith. Although with DeAngelo Williams in the backfield, the Panthers O is going to be more balanced.

Reality is a mofo. Smith is in a completely different offense and will prolly surpass Ward's numbers by a couple hundred yards and 3 or 4 Td's.

To answer the question - Steve Smith. The Panthers are simply a more pass-oriented O and Smith is pretty much Delhomme's go-to guy.
