Ok , So I joined this site that does mock Offseasons with salary cap and everything (15 mill Over the cap including signing Rookies) , I finally got the Steelers ... So I will update this thread with my depth chart and moves I made, so you guys can criticize me :drink:

You Can Change Coaches so here is my Coaching Plan

LeBeau Retires
Hire Raheem Morris to be the Defensive Cordinator (Yes this comes with a change to the 4-3)
I may keep Todd Haley , or go After Gary Kubiak , still deciding

My 1st move I just made is a Trade to the Browns (I know I hate it had to be innerdivison) :banging:

Steelers Receive
3rd #74
4th # 102
OT Chris Faulk

Browns Receive
C - Maurkice Pouncey

I just thought the value of getting our 3rd back and a 4th , along with a Tackle who had 2nd rd talent last year if he didn't tear his ACL , he had this whole year to Recover so He should be good to go 2014 yr , compete for the RT position and quality cheap depth
along with saving the 4 mill from Getting rid of Pouncey , on his last year of contract , Won't resign next yr so might as well get something for him

Thanks! I look forward to the updates. It would be funny to see the Steelers doing things you do. Lebeau wants to come back, but I'm not sure he'll still feel that way after the season ends.

As for Haley, he's still a toss up for me too. This offense has really improved throughout the season, and we were doing great last year until Ben was injured. Hard for me to get rid of the guy at this point.

looks pretty good! The 4-3 would be interesting to see how the players do. I love to see Golden as a starter!

I would love to see Woodley rushing the passer every down instead of trying to drop his big ass into zone coverage where he just looks so out of place

need some more depth at the DE/DT position ... But I plan on trying to bring back Hood and Woods that would plenty of good DT depth , and all are very good penetrating

Golden is for now , I'm currently working on the Bills GM to get Duke Williams and Doug Legursky Back, hoping they bit on one of the Vets

Updated a few Trades Today

I know you guys are going to Crucify me for the Cam Heyward Trading :egg:

But He's in a contract yr in 2014 , I'm hoping to Cut Salary so signing him in 2015 shouldn't of been a problem , But getting that #28 pick was big , which I will be Targeting Eric Ebron or Austin Sefern Jenkins (Offense Wins in todays League)
Also Marcus Cooper played really well early , struggling as of late , but he's a 6'2 rookie CB with insane measurable , and I Sanders Cummings to play FS

and the Gilbert trade is I really believe Mike Adams will be a hell of a RT , remember this offseason he had the Stab wound so couldn't really practice on his craft...he'll be much better in 2014 - and I loved Okafor coming out

I like a lot of these moves. It's always interesting to see how our defense would project as a 4-3 especially with the defense seemingly in flux right now. But I still don't think a 4-3 switch will happen until Ben retires (I know this is all hypothetical, just saying), just because that's a major change that should be given a season or two before it can be relied upon and would only waste the final years of Ben's career.

Defense Just needs to be able to hold up enough in this league , and get take aways ... which I'm hoping adding Cooper and a FS like Commings who can lay the wood , and was a CB at Georgia who has good Ball skills and can cover the TEs and Slots if decide to send some extra players on a blitz

Ben will have his Weapons , he just needs to focus on putting up more points ... I plan on taking Sammy Watkins or Kelvin Benjamin with #10 , then either Eric Ebron or Austin Seferen Jenkins with #28 , so that'll help Ben big time

Couple more trades added

Another Trade added ... another young DT that fits in the 4-3 in Mike Martin , and then to bring home Tommie Campbell to play backup SS and CB (hoping change of scenery going back home and working with Carnell Lake will help Tommie Develop )

Trade!

Pittsburgh trades two 5th round picks(137+138) to the Titans in exchange for Mike Martin(DT), Tommie Campbell(CB) and 7th round pick.

Here goes the trade that will set our DEs

The Giants and Steelers agree on a blockbuster trade.

Giants recieve

1st Round- #10
Vince Williams, LB
William Gay, CB

Steelers recieve

Jason Pierre-Paul
3rd Round- #78

Steelers Accept

JPP and Woodley Rushing the QBs , With Alex Okafor pushing Woodley , or even moving to DT on Passing downs

I was thinking to June 1st Woodley , but I'll give him 1 more year to see if he can play in the new 4-3 , if not can cut him for Savings that yr , instead of pushing penalty to the year after
