June 28 is now officially Myron Cope Day in Pittsburgh! Its a day to honor and remember a Pittsburgh legend. In asked if Myron would be happy after he retired, he replied, "I am living in Pittsburgh, of course I will be happy!" From the inventor of the Terrible Towel to the best Pittsburgh Steeler broadcaster...his memory and voice will always be in our hearts.


Myron Cope: A true Pittsburgher.

Myron Cope is a legend in this city. Cheers to him. I know he is definitely going to be missed when football season is around.

Myron is a legend all over the country and in Steeler fans hearts and minds all over the world. He will be missed on Sunday afternoons for sure.
