I hope you all are getting a chance to watch NFL Live's in-depth focus on the struggles of the Steelers. It is actually pretty accurate. And to make you happy, they were saying last year after the Steelers were named the "mid-week crisis" they started there winning streak. So maybe this is the battle cry your team needs.

hey seahawk fan, i think you should stop worrying bout the steelers, and maybe worry bout the team that is hot right now in your division, as in the St. Louis Rams.
Not saying they will win, but maybe you should worry bout us when the time is due, since you honestly think you will make it to XLI.

Maybe not, but how about those Bears that made your team look like girlie boys? Why are you still hangin' around? It took your sorry team 30 years to make it to the SB and then they got blown out by the big plays. Kinda sucks to be you. Oh well, maybe in another 30 years they'll get another chance.

you keep bringing up the bears whenever I comment on anything... should I bring up Jacksonville, Cinci, and San Diego in every post.

The bears are just like the colts of last year... they are not anything to worry about. We had a bad game that day and the better team one. We have one loss and THREE WINS.

The correct way to say that phrase is: We have Three wins and one loss.:computer:

Sure, go ahead. All three of those teams are better than the three you have beaten (Detroit, Arizona, NY Giants), and even if you beat the Rams, they aren't better than any of those teams either. Come back and talk when you actually beat someone worth a damn.

Dude -- your team has some major issues of its own -- the Rams will not be an easy win and wake up! -- right now- the Seahawks have at least 3 teams in the NFC that are far superior -- remember the Bears game?!! --

I love everyone, not really in this thread, brushing the Rams off this year and they just keep on slipping through the cracks. Jackson, Bulger and Holt are still getting it done there. I think they are going to make a run late into the season. I have watched a few of their games and their team looks fundamentally sound. They don't look like a Baltimore who is beating bad opponents with defense only. The Rams are fairly balanced and I think will begin to turn quite a few heads if they can pull anything off here in the next few weeks...

BigBensBikeHelmet

You guys just dont get it... EVERY year we hear... this year Arizona is gonna be tough... this year the Rams have all the pieces... and what? back to back NFC champs three straight trips to the post season. We will expose the rams. I am willing to make a friendly bet... if the Hawks lose this week I will put a steelers banner in my sig.

Is that .500 for the season or just above .500 period. Let me put this in a more understandable question for you. Will that be as soon as they are 4-3 or when their season ending record will be guarenteed at 9-7? And if so, will it be as soon as that mark is reached or at the end of the season? I just want to know how much longer I've got read the garbage that spews forth on this MB from you!

If your balls are that big and swollen, you should go to the doc as you probably have hydroceles. However, I suspect it's your brain that's swollen, not your balls. :smoker:

That was clarification... usually a bet involves TWO or more people putting something on the line. Typical Steelers... wanting somethin without earning it: i.e. touchdowns and lombardi trophys...

Neither one of you are going to a SB again for a long, long, time. There is a storm brewing in Foxborough Ma. The barometric pressure is dropping. The smart teams are putting up in the nearest harbour and battening down the hatches. By mid November the seats in every stadium visited by the Patriots will be blown off their moorings. The fans will be afraid to watch. And by February the only thing left standing will be The Razor, its occupants, and the four Lombardi Trophies within it.

Two more games......and counting. When you are escorted to the door in two weeks, be sure to take your balls with you (that is - if you can find 'em).
