View Full Version : Najah Dump Truck ... He's for REAL!

So Stiller fans, what da 'ya think of the Dump Truck? :tt02: .... I was a huge fan of Davenport even before he was a Stiller. Now that he's in Black & Gold ... I love it even more. The man can run and can catch (great hands). A great front office pick-up IMO. After watching him today, I think it's safe to say Naj' is definately making the most of the opportunites he's being given. Giving him about 8-12 touches a game is a perfect role for him ... allows Willie to catch a blow on the sidelines for a few plays. The D-Truck runs hard and doesn't mind punishing any defender that tries to take him down.

Now the only thing the D-truck needs to work on is out running fat asss lineman in the 40 y-dash! :helmet: WTF Naj? :dang:

.... Run brother, run! :tt02:

It was great to see him out there running hard.

Davenport is just the kind of back the Steelers need, a little thunder to go along with Willie's lightning.

Also, he allowed Parker to not have to run 40 times today, I believe Willie had 21 carries 109 yds. We don't want to do to him what Gruden did to Carnell Williams last year, run him so much he gets hurt. The featured back takes a beating in the NFL.

Let's go eat some dirty birds next weekend.

Enjoy my lessons. From last week:

you guys should continue to play Davenport, he is a solid RB that should beable to complement willie parker.

Love his game! (He could use a lil bit more conditioning though:thumbsup: )

After the harassment Naj' will take from his teammates this week about being caught by a fat ass lineman as a result of being out of gas, something tells me he'll never be caught again.

I don't know -- I like fat running backs - as long as he keeps his feet quick and hits the hole hard -- let him stay fat
