While I understand why we signed a LB why couldn't we bring Chidi back to help with ST? They have been dreadful and the Pats released him.

He has no chance to play anyway

Why Not Chidi? I guess no one told him he's no longer property of the Patriots any more.

Brian wasnt gonna get to play any way and Chidi knows how to play special teams and our team officials know that so I dont understand why we dont sign him. But our LB crew has had alot of injuries so I understand that strategy as well..:tt02: :helmet:

Steelers Sign Veteran Quarterback Brian St. Pierre; Release Linebacker Ron Stanley

PITTSBURGH — The Steelers re-signed veteran quarterback Brian St. Pierre today to their active roster.

St. Pierre (6-3, 230) was released on Saturday, Nov. 12, from the Steelers 53-man roster. He has spent time on both the team's active roster and the practice squad. St. Pierre, originally drafted by the Steelers in the fifth round (163rd overall) of the 2003 NFL Draft, also spent time on the Baltimore Ravens' 53-man roster and their practice squad.

To make room for St. Pierre, the Steelers released first-year linebacker Ron Stanley (6-0, 244), who was signed last week to the team's active roster after being signed to the practice squad earlier in the week. He was released following training camp this season and he was in training camp last year after he was signed as an undrafted rookie free agent out of Michigan State. Stanley spent time on the Steelers' practice squad last year.

My God, I don't know how we sucker him into that deal.
