This game will decide who goes on to the National Championship Game.Hell, this game is basically the National Championship because the winner will be the team to win it all.

Any predictions?Smack talking?

I predict Ohio State 38-Michigan 10 as my Buckeyes go on to Glendale,AZ and win the National Championship (they beat the Gators).

michigan will win then get beat by usc in the title game, i hate usc, but mark it down this will happen. or notredame gets lucky and beats usc florida loses to arkanas, and notre dame gets revenge on michigan by beating them in the title game. chad henne throws a pick going in for the tying score and tom zbikowski takes it back 100yds to put the irish up by 14.

Here's a pretty funny joke travelling around in cyberspace.

A stockbroker, on his way home from work in Columbus, came to a dead halt in traffic and thought to himself, "Wow, this traffic seems much worse than usual."

He notices a police officer walking between the lines of stopped cars, so he rolls down his window and asks, "Officer, what seems to be the hold up?"

The officer replies,"Michigan head coach, Lloyd Carr is depressed so he stopped the team bus and is threatening to douse himself in gasoline and set himself on fire. He is tired of losing to Ohio State, says Michigan has cut back on his recruiting budget making it difficult for him to sign quality players." We're taking up a collection for him.

The stockbroker asks, "How much have you got so far?"

The police officer replies, "About 75 gallons, but a lot of folks are still siphoning."

Okay. I "like" both teams.

But for some absurd reason if you think that the championship game is this weekend then I'd suggest the whiskey and not the Kool-Aid...grape flavor.

Let's REGROUP in two weeks.

AND. Who in the hell is responsible for the nearly six week layoff? Ahhhh. Noooo.

I know six weeks off won't diminish a well diciplined team. Will it? Could it? Might it?

USC is an unknown even to SC faithful. Even to Pete Carroll. Will they peak like the STeelers did last season is a mystery?

For pure football fans this next few weeks is the closest to a playoff we'll ever get.

 Love Hate Win Lose This kicks ass.

This year's Ohio State team is actually a better team than when they won the National championship. The difference is Troy Smith, he is incredibily good at qb. OSU takes each game very seriously and they did not even think of the Michigan game until after Saturday's game, another reason why they are so good. I predict this to be a low scoring game as both teams have good defenses and I can not see either defense allowing the other team to run up the score so I will say 17-13 Ohio State will prevail.

I live in Michigan and am a fan of whomever plays against Michigan. We call Michigan SCum. I am a fan of Michigan State, they suck at football, rarely win, etc but like I say I am a fan. :)

Michigan............go blow!~ LOL

seriously, i think peole are out of their minds, troy smith has been ok, nothing spectacular. this is going to be the best defense he has played all year. i can't stand either team to begin with, but i think michigan wins a close game. and what ever happens, i do not want to see a rematch in the title game, give someone else a shot.

And after your "funny dig", "The Ohio State Buckeyes" are playing in the National Championship Game!

Would you care to elaborate on what you meant by that pic you posted?

Thank you!

Anytime. I'm a guy who tends to blame the refs, but in reality, Refs don't win games. Players Do. If a team can't overcome bad reffing, then well, then they're going to lose.

:dang: Did any of you boneheads sit and watch this game or did you just hear about the last quarter of the game and now you are commenting on it without a clue that really happened? Any one that is a non biast football fan could see that that was NOT a penalty.. even the commentators were saying that they didnt see a thing wrong with the play that the Miami,Fla man made on the pass or So Called "Pass interference" on them. Whether your a Miami, Fla fan or someone else's fan you can see that that was a terrible call.. just like the stupid Tuck Rule against the Raiders vs Patriots game, that was a fumble and if there is any one else here that doesnt see that then you are Blind...:argue: :poop: :point: :monkey:  :checkit: :sign03: :sign01: :chair: :sorry:

so, obviously you can't see!!!:cheer: Anyone can unless you are just bias or someone that just hasnt any football knowledge can see that that wasnt pass interference.. If you or anyone else cant see that one then your blind... what is this stupid violation for 5 points that I got... what a joke... I have seen alot worst in these forrums than what I said yesterday... Football knowledge is hard to come by and obviously you havent found it yet:yawn:

If you mean the one on the drive where Michigan scored to make it a 3 point game. That was too close to call for me.

Of Course I watched it... every last second of it. I bleed Scarlet and Gray on Saturdays!

You are right, there are bad calls made in almost every game. There were some bad calls in your SB win, but I doubt that you would be willing to give up the Lombardi because of them. It all depends on what side of the outcome your team ends up on , as to how you view it.

The tuck rule was a bad call, that's why Raider fans call it the snow job. The Immaculate Reception has no refuteable eveidence to prove one way or the other that the correct call was made. If you're a Steelers fan, you whole heartedly agree with the call... If you're a Raiders fan, well then, you have the Immaculate DECEPTION.

I would think that in light of the Steelers' controversial SB win that a Steelers fan wouldn't be so quick with the "refs gave them that game" rhetoric, thats all.

What a great game. Super quality programs. It was a great matchup but...

OSU wasn't going to lose that game. Tresell is 'cream of the crop'. Troy Smith was putting on a clinic but then a season of "two-quarter" games caught up to the Buckeyes and they still weren't going to fall.

What we know: OSU is the best in Big Ten
What we guess: OSU is the best team in the country

Great year Michigan. You are one of the two best teams in the Big Ten. But a rematch in Glendale, AZ to see who is better in the Big Ten hopefully is a dead issue. We usually only wish that we get great matchups. You had yours and now you want another.

And before the crystal football is handed to the Buckeyes let 2004 Sooner fans explain the danger in that assumption.
