After dogging it after INTs were returned in the Chicago, Jax, and Tennessee games while Plax failed to show any interest in tackling the DB, The New York Times appears to be calling Burress out today on his lack of effort/interest in whatever is beneath his talents.

Certainly familiar to anyone who followed his Steeler years.

So much for the flattering reviews of Plax during the first half of 2005. Steelerss have made their share of personnel mistakes, but keeping Ward and letting Burress go was not one of them.

This shouldn't surprise anyone. He always has had issues.

And when the G-Men release the underachiever he'll go to Cleveland where he will join a team of underachieving jackasses.

Yo, why don't we just submit him to towel boy and get it over with. I mean he had his best days with the Steelers and I guess it went downhill after that.

Yeah, I'm glad we got rid of this clown when we could and picked up Santonio.
