most of the teams in the nfl have cheerleaders and the cheerleading squads have names i.e. the ben GALS *barf* so...if the brownies had cheerleaders what would they be called?

Every time I see an NFL game with useless bimboes bouncing around on the sideline, I offer up a quick thank you that we don't have cheerleaders.

Cheerleaders make sense for high school and college teams, where they can be heard as well as seen and actually perform a role in getting the crowd pumped up. But for the NFL? Nooo purpose whatsoever.

I tend to agree BUT when the team you root for consistently...what's the word....SUCKS, maybe having cheerleaders on the sidelines helps dull the pain.

THANKFULLY, the beloved STEELERS are a team that consistently has winning records and is fighting in the playoffs!

Man, you can't even here the cheerleaders at high school games! I remember I was sitting in the front row, on the 50 yard line at a high school game a while back. The cheerleaders were doing their routines right in front of us and we couldn't hear a word that they were saying.
