to none right now is there any optism from people here for next year? I dont know about next year I really dont. You never know though because this year could have helped them out, cause now they know taste of losing and probably sick of it.

I know its early but do you think we'll be back next year? I REALLY HOPE SO

I miss the Steelers dominating this year.

Steelers are competitive almost every year, so the answer to your question is

YES ...

The Steelers will again be competitive next year.

They will be good next year, but we need to address the aging offensive line.

We will be awesome next year. Ben will have a healthy and uneventful off-season and not be underweight and achy all season. Willie is only getting better. Santonio will compliment Hines VERY nicely.

Smith looks awesome on D, and of course there's Polamalu and everyone else.

Pending we don't get a HORRIBLE coach, next year should be awesome!

The Steelers will be back with a new coach or not. To much talent on this team really not to be back. With a solid draft and some additions in free agency I expect the Steelers to be back. Now I'm not expecting big names to be brought in from free agency but players like the Steelers have brought in the last few years when a Jeff Hartings, James Farrior were signed.

Absolutely I'm confident about next year - if we'd have taken care of the ball THIS year instead of turning it over 4-6 times per game, we'd probably be at least 10-3 right now.

Do we play the NFC West and AFC East next year for out of division games?

If so, combine that with not playing the Chargers or Colts and the 2007 schedule helps, as does a team that still has lot of talent on both sides of the ball coming back with a long offseason to focus.

I remember a story about the 1977 Steelers team (probably the most underachieving of the 1972-1979 units) in which Joe Greene said he watched the Oakland-Denver AFC championship game that year and placed his IX & X Super Bowl rings on top of his TV while watching the game to start getting motivated for 1978. That is the sort of focus to return to the top I am hoping this team brings to 2007.

I'm very much looking forward to the Revenge Tour 2007. :jammin:

Health is the key. You have to keep everyone healthy.
