Alright, I voted. I did not go Steelers 1-5, but I did get them all in the top 15.

Unfortunately folks, fan voting has no bearing on what teams they are showing - a "blue ribbon panel of experts" has already chosen teams 1-20 for the broadcasts - the fan voting is just for shits and grins.

after they do all the "blue ribbon panel of experts" voting, they are going to show them in order of the fan vote!!

That would be cool, but I don't think so:

"The greatest Super Bowl champion of all time will be determined by the vote of a 53-person distinguished blue ribbon panel composed of Hall of Fame players and coaches, general managers, football writers and television analysts.

All members of the panel were asked to rank their top ten Super Bowl Championship teams. The rankings were then tabulated by NFL Network to produce the top 20 teams."

After completion of the countdown, NFL network will re-air each episode in the order of the fan vote.
It says that on the top of the screen where you vote!!

OK, fair enough, but how many regular fans are going to put the '69 Chiefs (#18 in panel voting) in their top 20?

yeah that's true, but are they just going to air the top 20 or all of them because it says re-air each episode, but you can only vote for your top 20?

I'm trying to get Superbowl XL in the top 20 because that's the only Superbowl I was a part of for the Steelers

That's what I'm trying to understand myself. I voted anyway, by the way.

P.S.: I'll be pissed if the '78 Steelers aren't at least in the top 3. For my money, that still was the best team ever.

Yeah I'm hoping for all 5 Steeler Superbowls to be in the top 5, but I doubt it!! I've only lived through last year's Superbowl, so it means a lot to me to get that one up there pretty high!! I'm posting this on like many steeler sites, so we can get as many votes as possible!!

I don't think you can edit stuff once someone has posted under it. Of course, I may be wrong. But there have been a few times when it wouldn't let me edit posts and someone else had already posted under it.
