Now that we have it down to the 3 candiates, who is the next OC? Does it change with who is hired as the head coach?

Anyone know is Mularkey is available? He did good things when he was here. Very creative!

Probably depends on who gets the HC job. They may want to bring in their own staff.

Well, since he didn't get any consideration for the HC, I ll say "Handshake" Sam Wyche(sp). :bouncy:

I understand that, based on the strong recommendations of Cowher and Kordell, the Rooneys have instructed the three remaining HC candidates that Ray Sherman must be interviewed for the OC position.

If it's Russ Grimm, I think it'll be Bruce Arians... the WR coach... who gets promoted

Depends on the HC. And say no to Mularkey.

I agree t....If it is one of the other 2 I would hope that they would keep Russ as the OC/Asst HC.:helmet:

Yep, if we don't have a head coach first, what good will it do?

I understand we need a head coach first, but I was wondering who might Rivera or Tomlin bring in? Not sure how much I like Arians with Grimm. He was pretty bad at Cleveland calling plays, but again Cleveland sucks!

you must have a short memory. the words bland and plain come to mind when remembering mularkey's offense.

getting a crappy cleveland team to the playoffs (2002) is pretty good.
