Yea, agreed...if anyone could record this and post it somewhere, maybe YouTube, I'd be greatly appreciative as well. I have to be in class then, and won't have an opportunity to watch its original airing...

great interview and im totally impressed and psyched. heres what stood out to me:

"im a personel junkie"- he looks forward to being involved in the draft.

he states continuity wasnt the main factor in retaining arians or lebeau. he was looking for good people first and foremost.

he wants to be involved with all 53 players, not just the defense. plans on being involved "in all 3 phases of the game".

will be going the 2 back route. cites "final 4 in playoffs" as a reference. will look at f.a., najeh, and free agency, to find a compliment for willie.

he could "care less" about the surface of heinz field as long as his team has better footing than the opponents.

when asked if he was a players coach, he said he was a people person. its nice to be friends with the players but it is not necessary.

theres nothing that he doesnt look forward to or intimidates him about being a head coach. his wife sometimes calls him "c0cky", something he says he probably is. sounds like extreme self confidence to me.
