That had to be the most pathetic coverage I've seen, EVER, in the Busch race.
ABC cut off their coverage a nanosecond after the race was over. WTF ESPN?
Rusty's Wallace Family Review went on all, day, long. It was 100 laps before they even mentioned the #17 car....what a waste.
Anywho...I'm picking Matt in this one...just because. Hope we get through the junk quick,
without knocking too much of that ugly paint off those ugly fenders....
p.s......I hate these new "cars"....ugh.

Oh well, at least they didn't cut coverage DURING the race. That would have been pathetic.

I love Bristol, but you really have to be there...too much stuff going on all around the track for Tee-Vee to follow.
I'm thinking this will be a tentative race with no one willing to damage their precious little splitter & wing thingies by trying to pass.
I could be wrong...it could be 500 miles of cautions too....we'll see.

the best thing to happen to nascar in years? RW in the booth. i look forward to many years of re-living his glory days every sunday.
abc's coverage flat out sucks. i remember TNN's coverage where you would have about an hour of post race interviews and commentary. even when espn originally had it you would get some post race stuff. but to cut away 15 seconds after the winner crosses the start finish line? rediculous.
tha COT looks like giant lawn mowers, and now the differences between brands are smaller than that of lawn mowers. but atleast its safer and they say it should make drafting much easier. nascar ultimately had to implement it cause it will get rid of the hendrick cars aero push when they get back in traffic.
1) jeff gordon
2) tony stewart
3) kyle busch
4) david stremme
5) kevin harvick

well, i had 3 of the top 5 and stremme was in position to have his best career finish until someone made the bonehead call to bring him into the pits with less than 2 laps to go.
even gordon woulda spun busch out of the way. i dont know why burton didnt. i guess cause he knows how to beat somebody w/o wrecking them.
post race interviews suggests he would rather win with class.
wow, did stremme's team screw up

I LOVE the Hendrick conspiracy theories...they never get old! Based 100% entirely on rock solid proven and indisputable.....envy.

you dont expect the hendrick conspiracies to ever die do you? wasnt he busted cheating on his taxes in a major way? :yep:
if someone will cheat their own government isnt it reasonable to think they would cheat NASCAR?

Nope...it was bribery and mail fraud. He served his sentence and paid his due...but isn't it interesting that Honda executives solicited bribes from him, and nobody talks about THAT part of it?
But what does that have to do with him hiring the best drivers and giving them great support and equipment?
