The Pittsburgh Pirates (the original name) first season was 1933 and they went 3-6-2.

Their first season as the Steelers was 1941 and they went 1-9-1.

It's the same team, but technically the "Steelers" first season was 1941 even though the franchise has existed since 1933.

Maybe a lot of you guys know about this already... but there's a link in the official web page
where you can download the complete 2006 Steelers Media Guide.
Is in PDF format, and contains complete information about Coaching staff,
players, history, records, etc.:tt02:

It takes a few minutes to download completly... but it worth it...

I have a link to a site that I use whenever I'm trying to get an answer to a sports question. It is very detailed and covers many different sports.

However this is my 5th post so I can't provide links, so stay tuned and we'll see if I"m allowed on my 6th post, coming up next.

Here's post #6 and the link that I wrote about in the above post.

I just realized that I have to get to 50 to provide a link so I'll have to type around the rules.

shrpsports dot com is the website I'm referring to.

It provides a lot of info on many different sports, while I was too late to help with the above question, I hope it helps others out down the road.
