Originally from Columbus, OH and then Phoenix, AZ. Spent the last 20 years following my retired Air Force hubby around and now here we are hanging out @ Edwards AFB for a while.

Became a Steelers fan on January 18, 1976. My gym teacher had us pick who was gonna win the Superbowl that year and being a 9 year old girl I did not know much about football, so naturally I asked my dad. He said "The Steelers, of course". Saved me 25 push-ups. Been lovin' the Steelers ever since! Good thing for my husband he was a Steelers fan too, or who knows if we would be married today...

Anyway, I can't wait for another great Steelers season to start and I am looking forward to chatting with y'all...

Welcome aboard. I know how it is to be in the military and stuck somewhere you can't really get Steeler games. I was at Holloman AFB for 8 years and all they showed was the cowgirls and broncettes.
