The guy was at the tail end of his career and still contributed to two cup wins in Pittsburgh. And he's a HOF'er. I'd take him.

Joey Porter vs Larry Murphy.....

Larry Murphy = HOF'er with 4 Stanley Cups on his resume while being ranked fifth among defenseman in points. Talk about dropping the ball. Penguins traded the guy to Toronto for Mironov. Murphy went on to win two more cups with Detroit.

George Blanda at #16? Did not play for any Pittsburgh teams but was born in Youngwood (Westmoreland County). Is that stretching it? I figure we have Unitas.

Also, Joe Montana at #16. Born in New Eagle....lol. We probably should have established the rules before we started this thing up. Between athletes born in this city/area and athletes who played in this area.....

Some guys not on the list who are connected to Pittsburgh......

Joe Montana, Joe Namath, Ken Griffery Jr. and Sr., Ty Law, Stan Musial, Fred Biletnikoff (Erie).

You would think Bucco Hall of Fame 3rd baseman Pie Traynor would have case for number 20....I love Rocky to but I think Traynor should take his spot.....The number 40 should belong to Bucco manager Danny Murtaugh.....He was the skipper of the 1960 and 1971 Pirate teams that won the World Series.....

Number 11 should be Paul Waner.....Another Pirates Hall of Famer......

Ok Dungy didn't play very long with the Steelers....To share that spot with the great Roberto Clemente is just a joke......Dungy was a decent football player....But Clemente was a great baseball player and had one of the best throwing arms of all time for an OF........

Gildon over Harrison easily.

Unitas DEFINATELY over Holmes

LC vs Jagr is a tough one. Personally, I would go with Jagr...just my opinion.

Dawson over Holmes

Montana over Dawson

Dave Parker over Willie Parker

Bradshaw over Keady

Cheater over White (ugghh)

Dudley over Johnson
