Dolphins | Radio station intends to sue Taylor
Sat, 18 Aug 2007 12:25:52 -0700 The Sun-Sentinel (http://www.kffl.com/link/167) reports Miami Dolphins (http://www.kffl.com/team/22/nfl) DE Jason Taylor (http://www.kffl.com/player/1020/nfl) has backed out of a weekly radio show with 790 The Ticket because of promos the station has done mocking the Dolphins. Joel Feinberg, the owner of the radio station, said he intends to sue Taylor for breach of contract because he will not be doing the show, but Ralph Stringer, a representative for Taylor, said there is no basis to the lawsuit because Taylor did not sign a formal contract.

The company is looking to gets it's name out and make a quick buck.

What the hell were they thinking? Mocking the team JT plays for and expecting him to host a radio show for them? He could be in breech of a much bigger contract, his one with the Dolphins.

Sportstalk radio is not exactly the sports news equivalent of CSPAN.

Taylor had to know it was not going to be nothing but compliments 24/7 for the Dolphins on that station - sounds like a publicity stunt or that Taylor was not happy with his pay and said screw it.

Well if that's true, this is probably going to be a short contest.

Maybe the plantiff's side will just be a telephone and when the trial begins it'll just be on speaker yelling "BABABOOEY BABABOOEY BABABOOEY"

I agree Roeth and ATLDAN, just some no name program pissed because Taylor backed out and they are left to say "what did we do? :hunch:"

What the hell is with Jason Taylor this past year. This guy just cannot stay out of the media.
