I`m just looking to be below a certain body fat%
Also I have to bench at least twice 100lbs over my body weight, and squat 200 over.

That sounds impressive!

Its good to have targets to stay in shape!

The closest I get is making sure im averaging one beer (proper beer) for every quarter of live football I watch this year :wink02:
