I used to just throw some medium salsa into a bowl of cubed Velveeta, but since I started making it this way, I have never gone back.

Lots of people probably do this, but I didn't see it among the threads....

2 pounds browned and drained ground beef

2 packets of taco seasoning

1 can of Ro-Tel (drained)

1 loaf of Velveeta (cut into small cubes)

Simmer the taco seasoning into the ground beef until no longer watery.

Pour Ro-Tel into Velveeta cubes, and nuke for about three minutes or long enough to melt all cheese.

add Taco seasoned Ground Beef and STIR together well .........

Ready for your favorite nacho variety chips !!

There are two or three varieties of Ro-Tel, but I use the original because I am not a fan of very spicy food.

If you dig spicy stuff, you ought to try the Mexican Ro-Tel instead.........or the Hot (I think that's the third kind)

Hmm, I might try the spicy one. Or maybe I'll do both, it's for six people but still
