Naw you can keep the pedophile we got the stupid looking dogs. Just went to the site, they used to have a section with them in it, and it's gone. Hey maybe they are finally dumping them. Then you will be left with Steely McFeelme. We don't want him scaring our young kids. you can keep him but dressing him in brown and flushing him down isn't a bad idea.

GO BROWNS

GO CRENNEL ... FAR AWAY FROM CLEVELAND

I thought the Browns mascot was Brownie the Elf.

And if the Steelers really felt a need to add something to the team in celebration of their 75th anniversary...I would have much rather had some scantily clad hot lookin women than some damn mascot.

Now I would even go for than, The dawgs were a Modell brain fart, and the elf is making it's come back. I prefer the 60's logo, but it was a logo not a mascot. We didn't have anybody dressed up like one thank Gawd back then, not that I remember. Back then it would have been called he fell down a flight of stairs. But who the heck came up with what you have to put up with is beyond me. All it is going to take is some young stud to claim that name as his new porn star name
and watch it die. I doubt that the Rooney's would want to have that in court. Darn he is some ugly dude, Steely McFeelme or what ever they call him. Hey maybe we can call him Steely McModell.

Like I said before, ours might be dumb. But you have a Frickin Elf! Now that is Gay! An Elf! Your mascot is not a Dog? And by the way, yas spell it Dawg. ie: Dawg Pound

You know I may have to say I stand corrected we are both wrong. I just went to google and looked up Cleveland Browns Mascots. I got helmets, teddybears, elfs, Brownies, the letter B, Ties, Shirts, Pajamas I don't think there is a clear understanding anymore what is a mascot. To me it is the Brownie (The Elf if you have) Not the Dawg as in Dawg pound. That was Big Dawgs creation that was trademarked by Modell but named by Big dawg and the members of the Dawg Pound a few years before Model got even more greedy and tried to ber more money for the name he didn't come up with. But this history lesson is over I am going to go to bed where I belong, it is late.
I hae a game to watch in a few hours 7 hours 57 minutes to be exact. Good nite and have a great day. There may be a quiz tomorrow. Class dismissed.

Hanford Dixon Supposedly barked like a dog on the line, the folk in what is now known as the dawg pound heard him, thought it was cool and started imitating him barking. then Big dawg named that end of the rowdies the Dawg Pound because of all the barking and rowdyness ie throwing of dog biscuits batteries, anything they could get their hands on including beer bottles (remember that) Then things changed. No more beer bottles, no more dog biscuits, no more rowdiness. it is now a family atmosphere, in fact there are sections where no beer or profanity is allowed. kinda boring to me but hey that's the new football I guess.

Someone please correct me if I am wrong. not with spelling or grammer but with what I said.
