We'll as I told you guys a few months ago I was going to attempt a custom of Swanns amazing catch in Super Bowl X. Here are the results. This was the toughest custom I have done to date due to all the sculpting that needed to be done. I think it came out well. Comments welcome as always.

Amazing Allstar! What is the scale on your sculpture?

6 inch is the scale using the McFarlane parts of course. I got a super bowl 40 Bettis coming soon. Anyone have any ideas for something else they would like to see maybe do a poll or something and the top idea will be my next black and gold project.

That is hard to top. What are some of the other greatest Steelers plays of all time? I wouldn't mind seeing the Bus run over Urlacher. You are gifted Allstar.

you cant go wrong with that

The Tackle would be an interesting one, or the Immaculate Reception:tt02:

I wouldn't even want to guess on this one in all seriousness. It's actually not for sale. I mean a regular custom is very reasonable but one like this would be a little pricey, considering the insane amount of time that went into it
However if you or anyone else is interested in one of your own Its as simple as contacting me to discuss your own. I do high school and youth league as well as these.

McFarlane already did a Franco Immaculate Reception in their first Legends series:

Got a pic of that?actually it just so happens that i do.

i dont know whats cooler to see at the pgh airport. this replica of the lifesize franco, or the lifesize tyranosaurus rex skeleton they have. (theres also a young 21 year old george washington in his british military garb, but franco is much more historically relevant). :chuckle:

how about the catch stallworth had in sb14 that was on the cover of the si mag.

bettis vs urlacher

swann in sb 14 when he jumped over 2 rams.

lambert standing over newhouse in sb 10 with a fist.

the famous "steel curtain" shot vs the raiders

swann's td catch vs broncos 78 playoffs

donnie shell's hit on earl campbell 1978 @ oilers

swann flipped in air, still catches ball, 1979 wk1 @ patriots

rocky's last td at home 1980 vs chiefs

james harrisom body slamming a browns fan.

kimo's hit on palmer

chad johnson in tears

the sacks on manning from the playoff game.

parker's dive into the endzone sb40

ward's td catch sb40

randle el throwing the pass sb40

rooney and cowher with the trophy

the chief

any of these sound like good ideas?

All are good ideas. I am just finishing a Bettis SB 40 up so anyone got the pic of him bulldozing Urlacher? Some of the other ideas are cool as well and if you can find me some good pics I can reference them. Also to answer I-Want-Troy's-Hair's question my web address is www.allstarcustomsonline.com. Also that Franco Harris is freakin awesome.
