Stink. Stink. Stink.

I guess the positive (for me) is that there surely is nothing special about this year's Steeler team. It's been years since I have seen their defense look this beatable. Let's face it ... our Bengals are bad. But we still were able to run the ball, throw the ball, and had nice special teams yardage. Our defense is just lousy. But for anyone to think this Steeler team is anything but middle-of-the-road is a big ol' homer ... and probably doesn't watch the game and only looks at final scores.

Ummmm - dick head - what was the final score again?

Bengals" fans " are a joke... We all know that... Nothing I didn't expect to see... Hell, that quote might as well have been from Marvin Lewis... Or should I go Randy Cross and say Marvin Harrison? ><

Welcome to myslef back from vacation by the way

If the Steelers are a "middle of the road" team what does that make the bungals, taking a beating like that from a so so-so team? Oh yeah lets not forget the lowly browns that are ahead of the bungholes too. :dang:

Freakin losers, enjoy the celler.

In the end, all that matters if the final score. But when you are constantly on the losing end of final scores, such as Bengal fans are, I guess you need to find some kind of light somewhere in the game.

The Bengals scored 13 points. That's not "beatable", that means your offense is average.

Once again, an opposing RB hasn't broken the 100 yard mark on us. Heck, the Bengals couldn't break it as a team using 3 different guys.

Carson Palmer went 23/31 for 205 yards and a TD. Yeah, when you throw it 31 times you expect to get yards.

Chad Johnson once again DOESN'T score a TD against the Steelers. I am starting to wonder if I will ever see his "special" (as in "special education"?) celeration for his next TD against the Steelers.

Guess this is where the team gets their "we're better than the teams who've been beating us" mentality from :dang:

Our D is "beatable"? The Bungles' "vaunted" offense managed just 13 points against that "beatable" defense. Somebody needs to tell this idiot that it really doesn't matter how many yards you give up, it's how many points you give up. Our D gave up 13. Your D gave up 24 and would have been more had Ben not thrown another ill-advised INT. Do the math, Einstein.

The bottom line is that your team completely sucks - always have, and always will. Learn it, love it, live with it, Jailcat fans.

All I know a Bengals fan has no right to smack our team at 2-5......But really I don't want to think of the 2007 Pittsburgh Steelers just yet....I'll take 5-2 no doubt...But at times they look great then at other times they look average......lol But hey hard to argue with a 5-2 start....

Note Post #3. :jawdrop::jawdrop: This coming from the same fan base who has several members who were calling for Cowher's death and the raping of his daughters after the Steelers beat the Bungles in the playoffs in 2005.

Cowher is going to demand (and get) $10 million per season when he goes back to coaching. Mike Brown won't meet that price.

lmao....:toofunny:.....looks like it ain't gonna be to difficult to get tickets for the next steeler bunghole game...

here's my favorites...

"That's why they're 5-2 and we're 2-5. Good teams put it in the end zone. Teams like us kick field goals.''

The Bengals were soundly beaten in every facet of the game before and after the field goal. So unless the 4th down "go for it" play had resulted in our running back getting tackled into the Steelers sideline with such force that the impact broke Ben's arm, Holmes' leg, Ward's foot, and Parker's will, that play and the ensuing hubbub is just a tempest in a teacup.

Bottom line is that everyone - fans and players are pretty damn low right now (and that will probably effect play as well).

Mike Martz. He would love the job and at least they would be entertaining. Buddy Ryan must have another kid that can run the defense right????

And believe or not, that play did have a huge impact on the game. Even if we would have failed on 4th and 1, Pittsburgh would not have scored a TD before the half and it's only 14-6 at halftime.

This game seems to have been the last straw for even the most staunch Bengal supporters. Our Fed-Ex guy has field level seats and is giving them up for face value.

i said at the end of last season that if marvin does not make some changes this team is in trouble now look at them. a f**king joke!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think you nailed her. If Marvin isn't more careful, this board might spend more time chasing soft porn than his team.

i think its safe to say we won't be smellin anymore bungle fans around here this year......THERE AREN'T ANY LEFT !!!!!!!!!...:toofunny:

I see we have some math majors over there. If they failed on the 4th and 1, it's still only 14-3, and I still think we would have scored a TD on the ensuing possession anyway, as Willie picked up 32 yards on one play during that drive. We had PLENTY of time to score.

Yep - you nailed it puddin'head. The fans being so "low" is really going to affect the play on the field. :dang::dang:

The only Bungle fan I feel any empathy for is CS85. I think he's the only Bungle fan who didn't have to travel to Oz to get a brain.

Yep.

I completely agree.

Just an FYI, I have offered a way of football salvation to CS85... You mods might get a request for a name change if he comes to the light!
