70 pts and 10 td for ben?

IF NOT fast willie needs to be parked, here pretty soon. dont use him to grind out the clock.

Need to sit lots of folks - the Ray Lewis era ended for the Ravens tonight and they may decide to start taking people down with them in the second half

Dynasty

Do you think we'll see Charlie in the 2nd half? I think as a precaution, they may want to put him in somewhere along the line, as the Rats are a bunch of vindictive, evil bastards and I worry about Ben getting cheap-shotted.

I think they may have already tried that.. but Ben is just completely refusing to go down!

11-05-2007, 09:27 PM
yes we sure do.... where were ya first half?

I've had a lot of pain in my foot today - got the sutures out and the doc manipulated the big toe a lot, so I've been keeping ice on it and it elevated while watching the game.

I don't have much of a voice left - LOL! :tt02:

So does Batch start the second...or does tomlin wait until we get another TD or 2?

I think Ben will play 1 or 2 more series.

I know I sound crazy, but the game isn't over. Especially if the Ravens score on this possession, because the Ravens will be going all out and the Steelers might be a little chill.

When's the last time the Ravens have scored 28+ in a half against a bad defense, never mind one that's been owning them the entire game? Relax.

Why are you telling me to relax? I'm just stating that there's a half of football to play still. And you do make a good point, 28 points and the Ravens against a good D, I don't see it either. but this is the NFL and anything can happen

Here's what the announcers are thinking about Ben:

A hip pointer injury is extremely painful, acute injury to the iliac crest of the pelvis. The injury causes bleeding into the abdominal muscles, which attach to the iliac crest. The bone and overlying muscle are often bruised, and the pain can be intense. Pain may be felt when walking, laughing, coughing, or even breathing deeply.

Rest from aggravating activities for the first 1 to 2 weeks, is the only real way to heal a Hip pointer. Ice and medication can be helpful to reduce pain and inflammation for the first 7 to 10 days after the injury.
