hey ill be at the game. well its at the meadowlands and there is no train service. you will have to drive. heres another kick in the ass if you didnt do it already. Did you buy a parking pass? I did cuz i want to park at the stadium and not 2 miles away from it to take a shuttle and miss the opening kick off.

but ill be at the game with my buddies in all our glory.

ya I will be at the game 2

For me the Jets game is going to be a family affair my Dad got 5 tickets me my bro sister and mom are all going. We are sitting up in a sky box so we will be nice and warm 2. Getting there kind of sucks because there is always a ton of traffic and the staduim is not as nice as heniez field. But it should be fun watching our stillers

Lord Stiller... take the bus! Driving is going to be a horror!

They're doing construction next to the stadium so the only people who can park near the stadium are season tkt holders who purchased the pre-paid parking.

They are offering remote parking with shuttle buses TWO MILES AWAY. They won't let you tailgate in the remote parking area.

I was going to drive until I read all this on the Jets site, now I"m just going to take the NJ Transit bus from Port Authority. There should be plenty of Steeler fans there b/c all the Jets fans are disgusted with their team.

Here's a link with the parking info. http://www.newyorkjets.com/game/parking/

If you've never been there, don't expect much b/c the stadium sucks and allow a lot of time to get there.

I'll know for sure tomorrow, but I think I found tickets and will be going to the game!!!!! My tix will come with a parking pass, but I wanted to pass along this info courtesy of the Steelers in Hoboken bunch. They will be having a tailgate in the Meadowlands lot, but they're also offering shuttle service for a very reasonable cost:
************************************************** ******************

Whether you have tickets to the game or not, you can still party all-day at the tailgate! Bracelets are available for $25, which gets you unlimited food and beverages once you get into the lot. This is not a parking PASS! Heck, last year, it cost twenty bucks just to park in that lot! That's a deal if I ever saw one! You have our friends at sportsvacations.com to thank!

The Grasshopper Also in Carlstadt, NJ is offering a super deal, as well.
You can park in the restaurant's lot and a shuttle bus will take you to and from the Stadium. The cost is $10 per person, round trip - and that even includes a drink included after the game! The Grasshopper Also is located at 645 Washington Avenue (Rte 120), less than one mile from the Sports Complex.

If anyone is taking the bus to the game, it's running a little earlier than usual. Generally it starts 2.5 hours before the game. The bus from Port Authority is starting at 12:30 on Sunday. I guess they realize there's going to be alot of Black & Gold traveling there.

The cost is $10 round trip per person

Here's a link to the bus info: http://www.njtransit.com/var/var_servlet.srv?hdnPageAction=MEADKnowTo

For New York Jets vs. Pittsburgh Steelers football at 4:05 p.m. on Sunday, November 18 :

Service to Giants Stadium will begin operating at 12:30 p.m., continuing as necessary up to 30 minutes after game start time.
Buses will depart the PABT (41st Street & 8th Avenue) from Gate 207.
