Nice shots. Liked the stadium pics at night.

Steely gets roundly booed everytime he's seen or heard. It's hilarious. They need to mothball Steeley after this season.

Oh yeah. He's very hated. It was stupid idea, anyway. Mascots are for feminine teams, like the Browns.

Definitely some nice pic's.
I think a mascot might be alright if he was wearing the Steelers' uniform rather than flannel and maybe a welding mask instead of a face. Then again, it might be a bit morbid or perhaps too cyber-punkish.

:sofunny::sofunny::sofunny::sofunny:......it seems annoying mascots are a worldwide phonomena!!

Thanks for posting your photos...I`ve never been to Heinz Field,(although it`s my new mission in life, apart from eventually understanding NFL rules) and your great photos make me more determined to one day see a Steelers game.

This is off-topic, but just out of curiosity: what sparked your interest in American football?

Hello klick81,
I guess my interest in American football stems from the fact that I`ve gradually fallen out of love with my first love, soccer. There are many reasons for this, the yob behaviour of both fans and players, the overhype of average players,an increasing detachtment of the game from the "man in the street" ,the huge influx of foreign players to the detriment of Englands national team(I`m all for a certain amount of foreign players but one of England`s most famous teams,Arsenal now often play matches without one Englishman!)....I could go on:blah::blah::blah:
I`ve always wanted to understand NFL and I find that the more I learn about the game the more I realize how little I know, but this makes me more determined to get to grips with all things NFL.
This is a great time for me as the more I learn the more I realize what a great game American football is.
Why the Steelers?.....This is because of the videos I saw on youtube, one in particular which showed a family from Pittsburgh doing a rendition of the polka style Fight Song...it`s a beautiful ,beautiful thing!
It seems that NFL is a much more family orientated sport than what soccer has become in England. No doubt you get idiot moronic fans in America but some of the things that go on over here are beyond belief.
I love this forum as it helps me to learn about the NFL and the Steelers...I`m so ignorant at the moment...anyway I look forward to cheering the next time the Steelers score a slam-dunk:dang:

Hello klick81,

For a second there, I thought you were still talking about the NFL! LOL...anyway, I'm glad the sport is getting some foreign fans, ESPECIALLY Steelers fans!
