Good news - the Ravens will not be upgrading at head coach - Billick is returning.

According to a source with knowledge of the Baltimore Ravens' decision-making, team owner Steve Bisciotti has told coach Brian Billick he will return next season, The Baltimore Sun reported.

What's more, Bisciotti does not blame Billick for the team's poor play, according to the report.

"The Ravens are not naive," the source said, according to The Sun. "Everyone has seen the injuries and the quarterback play."

Well that is very nice of Biscotti not to blame the head coach for a team's poor play or to blame an offensive genius like Billick for consistently mediocre play at the QB position.

Good news - now all we have to do is hope that Mike Brown keeps the current Buffoon-in-Chief in place in Cincy.

Talk about a HC living off just one Super Bowl win...lol I always hated Billick and think he is so over-rated.....

Maybe we'll get lucky and Billick will hand select his next "QB of the future" just like he did with Kyle Boller.

billick is horseshit.. People tend to forget that he is supposed to be a offensive guru. Look at the defensive coordinators he's had. Marvin lewis, mike nolan and now rex ryan. I could be a nfl coach with help like that

Ummmm - Boller is and always has been Billick's fair haired boy. McNair, as usual (and unfortunately for the team as he is the better of the two) got hurt. Boller, imho, is not an NFL-calibre QB. He must do Billick's laundry or walk his dog or something for Billick to have kept him around as long as he has. :dang:

Nice to know that we'll have to face that smug faced arrogant weenie for yet another season.
