You got to love the way this guy plays. He is a bulldozer. He just tries to smash past everything thats in his way. Great how he is getting involved. Looks like we got a new weapon after all!

Heath is turning out to be the weapon he needs to be. Remember Eric Greene? Heath will be that kind of TE and more because he rarely goes down after the first contact. He is a bulldozer. Heath 'Bengal Killer' Miller!

Heath has better hands than Eric, and unlike Green he catches everything thrown his way. Draftniks were saying that Big Money had the best hands in the draft. And he is showing this to be true..........

Most importantly, it opens up a facet of our offense that teams who have beat us have had access to for years.

There's also a good chance he won't be a coke addict like Eric Green was.

Heath is a BIG TIME tight end... Nice pick Cowah!!!

A tight end had not been the Steelers' leading receiver in a game since 1994. Heath Miller has done it twice in a row.

Miller caught six passes for 58 yards against the Bengals, including his fourth touchdown of the season, the most by a Steelers rookie tight end since Eric Green caught seven in 1990. Miller has 16 catches for 182 yards, second on the team behind Ward's 21 receptions.

Hidden play of game...in the second half there was a pass in the flat where he only got a yard or two, but it was big cause it was on where he easily could have started to turn his head up field and bobble the catch or other such stuff. Instead he looks it all the way in, takes the lick from the Bengal player and puts us in shorter yardage that leads to a score. A positive anything is better than a negative something. Very solid in the fund-i-mentals.

Two good quotes:

"We've gotten Heath more involved as he's gotten more comfortable with the offense," coach Bill Cowher said. "Heath is quite a target to throw to."

"He's a threat in the middle and down the field," Roethlisberger said of Miller. "He has long arms and big hands. He's doing a great job of making plays."

Think your confused with Matt Jones the QB to TE/WR in Jacksonville. Miller was a TE in college.

They said he use to play QB during the game yesterday. I don't know whether that was HS or college though.

Do you think Ben was on the sidelines last week watching Tommy find Heath, and maybe he thought to himself." HMMMMM a TE, maybe I`ll try that more" ?

Miller's 24 points leads all rookies (non-kickers) in scoring so far this season...

If Heath keeps it up he might get some Rookie of the Year consideration. It looks like he will be the starter from here on out... the first game Tuman started, and the next four they both started in the two TE formations, but against Cincy Kreider was in the game and Miller started.

I am mistaken Rowedf

i guess it was not in college he only threw once in college for 20 yards or so but he was a QB in high school not sure why they would mention that during sundays Game to go as far back as HS i just assumed it was college my fault....thank you
