So far, the officials are letting these teams play.
Pertaining to the rules that contribute to the sissification :chuckle:of the QB position, I thought they would have called in the grasp on Garrard's TD pass and a late hit on the tackle while Brady was sliding.

As of the end of December...

Dang it.

Well, we have a chance to see Brady do something stupid.

The old ball game. Well boys and girls, the outcome of the game blew chunks, but enjoyed the chat. See ya tomorrow. Hopefully the Colts wiill beat the Bolts and come out of the game with a healthy Marvin Harrison.

Or watch them throw it down the field and score another TD to rub the Jags' noses in it being the classy franchise we all know they are. I already turned it off.

I don't care either way...

as long as the Pats lose.

But the Pats would beat the chargers by 50. blecheat would have rivers head spinning. He would throw 5 ints at a minimum.

What's really sickening is that the Steelers can't beat either of these teams.

New England has been torturing Pittsburgh for years now and all throughout the decade. 2 AFCC losses, last December's blowout, last second FG loss n 2005...

Jacksonville has beaten PIT 4 straight times.

Just horrible.

Yep, only hope now is the Colts, and not even the Colts if the weather turns bad - Manning doesn't handle crappy weather well at all. Nobody in the NFC will be able to stay within 14 points of them.

I'm just going to continue shaking my head and leave the TV off next week, as well as for the Super Bowl if they make it there. They're a disgraceful bunch of bums, especially Rodney Harrison. If I werent as die hard of a Steelers fan I would be fine with never watching the NFL again after what has gone on this year iwth the Cheatriots.

At least Belicheat is helping to keep Goodwill in business.

That offense is that good - I still think bad weather is the X factor to slow it down - Jags needed what we saw in Green Bay today

If they go 19-0 I will have to quit watching the SB before the game ends and impose a NFL media blackout on myself for a week after the SB:dang:

I feel exactly the same way. If it weren't for my love of the Steelers, I would have no problem turning away from the NFL permanently after what has transpired this year.

A week... try about a month or so.

And then again during the first few weeks next year... until the pats lose a few.

I didn't expect the Jags to win but I thought they could beat up on the Pats and physically wear them down. The Jags defense played too soft. There was not hard hitting like the game between Colts and Titans. The Pats will probably play the Colts for the AFCC. I can't see Bolts beating the Colts in Indy, expecially in a playoff game.

I'm praying it keeps up - I hope their D knocks Brady on his ass early, often, and hard.

I thought the other PA team (*agles) came closer to doing that than anyone else. I think Jim Johnson is one of the smartest DCs in the league. He just doesn't have enough talent.

What a great game! Hats off to the Jags, just a tough, competitive team. They have a bright future.

I look forward to the AFCCG in Foxboro. Here's to an injury-free football filled Sunday.

the thing that would just tick me off the most would be if they run the tables two years in a row... basically 38-0... sooner or later belicheat will be blowing out oppoenents in preaseason games by playing all his starters just to prove no one can beat them...

As much as I hate the Patriots, I think the writing was on the wall that the Jags weren't going to beat them.

Jax just barely eked by a physically and mentally worn down Steelers team despite being spotted 18 points and a few turnovers by Ben the previous weekend.

Thanks for stopping by - here's to multiple injuries to the Pats next week and someone inflicting on HGH abuser Rodney Harrison the sort of serious injury he repeatedly intends to inflict on other players with his cheap shots (if that makes me a bad person I can deal with it)

The best part of the game was when Brady got sacked on his first play.

After that it was all downhill for me.

The jags were going to lose no matter what.. But, Northcutts alligator arms near the goal line really hurt the Jags hopes of pulling off a miracle.

Typical Northcutt - he made a key drop on what would have been a first down as the Browns tried to run out the clock prior to the Steelers winning drive in the 2003 playoff game at Heinz

Thanks for the welcome!

I don't root for the injuries, but to each their own.

Anyway, you guys had a very good year, and Tomlin looks like a great coach to follow Cowher. I am sure you'll be right back in the fight next season.
