BUFFALO, N.Y. -- Buffalo Bills (http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/clubhouse?team=buf) defensive end Anthony Hargrove (http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/players/profile?playerId=5616) was suspended without pay for all of next season Monday by the NFL after violating the league's substance abuse policy a third time.

The violation was Hargrove's second since August, when he was suspended without pay for the first four games of the regular season.

A third violation triggers an automatic one-year suspension, and Hargrove must apply to commissioner Roger Goodell for reinstatement.

The NFL did not disclose how Hargrove violated the policy. Violations can result from positive tests, failure to cooperate in the testing program or failing to comply with a treatment plan.

Its amazing that they can go through all these definitive guidelines for the players but have nothing for free-filming side line coaches

I've been asking myself that very same question when it comes to Pacman Jones and Chris Henry. I've come to the conclusion that these bums have to have federal indictments brought down on them in order to be kicked out of the league....and even then.

Yep, you'd think buy if not the first, the second suspension would give him a kick in the arse and tell him that he can't do this.
