This time the Patriots REALLY get to eat the humble pie. During the course of the season, I was sooooooooooo sick tired of the superficial/phony humble pie talk. You could tell it was all just a bunch of lip service by Bellichic and the Pats. In realily, they were arrogant.
The Pats org. actually tried to register exclusivity to 19-0 & "perfect season". It's like they were making a guarantee. I knew their chances were good. But the Giants had shown that they could play well against the Pats. The Giants have got the better defense.
Most of the TV NFL experts were predicting an easy win for the Pats. Jim Mora was one of the few who thought that the Giants chances were pretty good.
Young thought due to 'Spy Gate II', the Pats would be angry, and take out their anger on the Giants. His prediction Pats win: 42-10.
To all the experts who expected the Pats win easily: :jawdrop::jawdrop:

All those so called experts who were slobbing all over the pats must feel like total idiots now.

New motto for the Pats "18-1 doesn't get it done" :sofunny:

Perhaps this experience might make the Pats an even stronger team for next season.
If they have the character and resolve to go with their footballing ability then they might just come out fighting and avenge what happened last night ....but do they have the character?
Just a thought.
