toms qb coach has revealed that it was a sprained ankle that had him play so poorly in the SB. :hunch: looked fine to me.

more interesting is ellis hobbes' injury (you know, the guy who was frozen and burnt on the same game winning play). appearantly he hurt his groin during the regular season. the hernia is so bad, he is scheduled for surgery this week.

in a clear violation of league rules, hobbes' name never made it on any injury reports in the regular season or throughout the playoffs. of course that would expose him as the defenses weakest link and have teams gameplan to attack him.

That's doubly odd, because Belichick usually has like every single player on the IR every week.

The only "injury" Golden Boy was suffering from during that game was turf poisoning from eating so much of it. :coffee:

1) Excuses, excuses. Everyone has injuries. His ankle looked fine to me.

2) You know nothing will come of this. Even though the Pats lost, they are still the Golden Boys. That is why Goodell destroyed the evidence for them. Can you say, "wink wink, nod nod"?

They want to use injuries as an excuse? Then give back the wins against the Colts, Steelers, Ravens, Giants, and Eagles during the regular season.

Of course the only injury for Brady that was listed on the SB injury report was the "shoulder injury" that has been listed every week for several seasons.

Either they were hiding the ankle injury (a violation of league rules) or are coming up with lame after the fact excuses.

The Pats post-game conduct only tarnishes their already rotten reputation.

Not to mention the Chargers in the AFC Championship.

Here's the link if anyone cares to read it. What a joke. His ankle sure didn't seem to bother him at the end when he launched consectutive 70 yard bombs.
