I`ve just taken delivery of a " one-size-fits-all " Steelers cap.
I guess I have a big head because it`s too small. It came from the official Steelers Shop and quite frankly I can`t be arsed of going through the rigmoral of sending it back to the States.
Does anyone have any tips for making the cap bigger thus allowing the blood to flow to my head!

Go see the voodoo witch doctor and have him shrink your head.:flap: I got nothing else I can say to help.

I too hate the "one size fits all" caps. My noggin is too big for them. One size truly does NOT fit all. :banging:

I`d be willing to try it but it might spoil my film-star good looks! :flap:

Sorry sherlock, can't help you out with a smaller hat. A bigger one I could give some advice (soak in cold water and form to head), but a smaller one.....no idea. Sorry.

Those flex fit caps are awful. They always give me a headache. I think I have two and i never wear them for that reason. I was thinking about taking them to a tailor to see it they can make them adjustable.

Sherlock try this, it's made for cowboy hats, but I hear it works well with ball caps too. Make sure you wet it before you stretch it.

I have also heard that you can have them stretched at a western store or a hat store if you have one near by.

Thank you for your help NCSteeler!
I really am grateful for your time. They sound a bit pricey but I`ve always had trouble finding hats that fit so it might be worth getting one.
I guess I`m just a big-head!

nojobny and MACH1 ,I know exactly what you`re saying!
Just to rub it in a couple of guys where I work always wear caps and they always look a good fit, whereas I`m walking around as though my head`s in a vice!

Make sure you wet it before you stretch it.

I found that to be helpful as well.

I have a tip from Teddy Bruschi about how one can change the size of their head....but I'm not sure if it applies here.
