I got tears in my eyes watching it.

I found this website with a bunch of Cope-ism soundbytes that I hope you all enjoy! My favorite is "get your big butt into the endzone". :toofunny::tt02:

Thanks for that link, Hometown Gal!

We'll all miss Myron...

He was like Art Rooney- Old fashioned, but creative, Pittsburgh "royalty", but humble and classy, and listening to him on the radio show (not just the game day broadcasts) you got a real sense that he was a good hearted regular guy. He always referred to everyone as "dear caller" or "dear listener". And on gameday he was the true voice inside the heart of every Steelers fan- yelling craziness and going nuts along with the excitement on the field. That's where we still hear him when we watch games.

If anyone ever in the city of Pittsburgh could be said to bleed black and gold, it was Myron Cope.

I know this is late but i need to say something:
Mr. Cope was one of the most influential people in my life as a kid and even now. The day he died was one of the saddest days in my life. I sent out my love to his family and i thank him for all the memories.

I would like to propose that something dedicated to Mr. Cope is put on our helmets or jerseys. Any ideas?

Why not he is part of steeler nation and has been there practically the whole ride? Why so against it?
