"Pretty. Odd."

Wow...the new album is really, really good. It's incredibly Beatlesque, but unlike the other 900,000 albums where bands who were insanely influenced by the Beatles duplicate chord progressions and mimic harmonies, this ain't a straight rip-off...

I listened to it once and liked it, and that NEVER happens. Highly recommended...

I only have their 2006 album(can't remember the name) and a few of their songs were good, others were a bit too pop and dance for my taste.

I'll try to check it out. I'm gonna take your word for it being good, but I'll try to find a single to see how it goes.

I liked the one single from their first effort, the "I Write Sins" song...but this is a lot more mature effort, and no dance tracks at all.
