:coffee:These players come to mind for me

OT Anthony Collins 6'5 317 Kansas
OG Roy Schuening 6'3 308 Oregon St.
WR Mario Manningham? 6'0 180 Michigan
DT Frank Okam 6'4 347 Texas
DT Pat Sims 6'2 310 Auburn
LB/DE Cliff Avril 6'3 253 Purdue
LB Shawn Crable 6'4 245 Michigan
MLB Dan Conner 6'2 231 Penn St. ( Farriors' Replacement?)
DB Justin King 5'10 192 Penn St.
DB/S Reggie Smith 6'0 200 Oklahoma
DE Kendall Langford 6'5 287 Hampton

I would still love to see Schuening in Black N Gold and the Manningham thoughts?.. Well, he may be too good to pass up if he still there at 88, do I think that he will be picked by the Steelers.. no not really.
Anthony Collins would be a nice pick at 88 as well. Also DE Kendall Langford from Hampton would be nice if he is still around at that 88 spot. Justin King... will he last that long? Dan Connor would be a nice replacement for James Farrior in the next couple years.

2008 NFL Draft Picks:

23. Rashard Mendenhall, RB, Illinois
I can only imagine how hard Pittsburgh's front office was laughing on Draft Day. How in the world did Rashard Mendenhall fall to 23? What a great complement for Willie Parker. People will say Mendenhall won't have any running room, but there are plenty of solid linemen available in the third round, including Carl Nicks, Anthony Collins, Roy Schuening, Donald Thomas, etc. (Pick Grade: A)

53. Limas Sweed, WR, Texas
Might as well change their name to the Pittsburgh Draft Stealers. Once again, all of these stupid GMs need to look at Pittsburgh's organization and its draft strategy. (Pick Grade: A)

I'd like to see Mike Hart....local boy here in Syracuse. And he can play. Still holds some national HS records.

Kirk Barton

I guess Barton didnt "make money today" like he thought.

Kirk Barton, who was plagued by a recent surgery when at the combine, felt like he improved his draft stock. Barton ran a 4.93, which elicited a, perhaps final, colorful response from often outspoken tackle.

“I made money today, boy."

Unless they are paying well as a 7th round pick in Chicago:chuckle:
