The link below regularly updates as UDFA signings appear.

It looks like Keilen Dykes has gone to the Cardinals. I know some were hoping to pick him up as an UDFA.

Cheers

Dorien Bryant
Height: 5-93/4 | Weight: 174 | 40-Time: 4.51

Strengths:
Great timed speed...Very quick with a burst...A fantastic return man...Elusive and tough to bring down...Can be a terror in space...Runs decent routes...Will stretch the field vertically...A versatile weapon...Very productive...Has a lot of experience.

Weaknesses:
Doesn't have the size or bulk that you would prefer...Not much of a blocker...Isn't very tough...Doesn't like to work the middle...Drops too many balls...Upside might be limited...Had off-the-field troubles and character is an issue...An underachiever.

Notes:
Was also a member of the Purdue track and field team in 2004-05...Primary value at the next level will come as a return specialist...Clashed with the coaching staff at times and thinks he's better than he is...In 2005 he was arrested and charged with misdemeanor battery following a fight...Is too inconsistent to be more than a #3 or #4 option but he could contribute as long as he keeps his head on straight.

The only other rumour that I have seen is WR Micah Rucker (Eastern Illinois)

LLT - you have got to love that we got Legursky when all is said and done. Good luck to him in the quest of trying to make Stapleton fall below him on the depth chart.

Steelers LB Donovan Woods (Oklahoma State)

I like those two, even with Bryant's less than stellar scouting report.

FROM SI DRAFT GRADING SYSTEM

Micah Rucker SI Grade3.28GRADING SYSTEM

Eastern Illinois Conference:
Ohio Valley Ht., Wt.:
6-5, 219 40 Time: 4.58

BIOGRAPHY: Two-year starter who began his college career at Minnesota. All-Conference selection after his senior and junior campaigns totaling 55/777/9 and 49/966/13 respectively.

POSITIVES: Large possession wideout with a lot of natural skill. Quickly gets off the line into routes, uses his frame as an advantage, and offers the quarterback an imposing target. Extends to make the reception away from his frame and effectively makes body-catches when necessary. Gets vertical in a crowd to out-muscle opponents for the difficult reception, while also showing the ability to catch the long throw in stride. Displays soft and strong hands. Effectively blocks downfield.

NEGATIVES: Cannot run to the deep throw and shows minimal vertical speed. Long-strider and displays minimal sharpness running routes.

ANALYSIS: Rucker is a physical receiver who stood out at a lower level of competition. He's been a tremendous red zone/third-down threat in college and offers the same possibilities at the next level.

PROJECTION: Middle Seventh Round

Think of him as a poor man's Ted Ginn Jr.

At first I was concerned about the character issue...until I saw it was a misdemeanor skirmish after leaving a bar.....thats the type of thing that your college coach takes care of the next day....not a problem at this point if he has kept his nose clean.

Marshall OC Doug Legursky 6'2 321

He ran the 40-yard dash in 5.02 seconds, the short shuttle in 4.75 and 4.82 seconds and the three-cone drill in 7.71 seconds. He measured a 28-inch vertical jump, an 8-foot-5 broad jump and completed 37 repetitions on the 225-pound bench press. .....You might run around him....but noone is gonna run THROUGH him!!!

got scared there for a second :chuckle:

I'm hoping to have a CB impress at camp, after this year the CB situation could get tough with deshea over 34 and B Mac's contract

seems like there's lots of competition for return guys: bloom, reid, moore, Bryant .....

I really can't beleave we got Dorien Bryant, and Doug Legursky as UDFAs.
Bryant will make it as a return man, and Legursky, give a year could be one heck of a OC.

I remember LLT hoped we could get Legursky as a UDFA, I thought he was nuts.

IMO, this is like getting 2 more draft picks.

Yeah and Willie Reid looked awesome in all the videos I saw of him too. I'll reserve the "awesome" coments after I see it on the field. We've had too many busts at KR to trust cut up videos.
