Some may know PalmBeachBrownie from Browns247.com and they are for his family and specially his brother.

This is what I was sent and have permission to share it.

My brother Chris went into Hospice in Naples yesterday. He has a rare disease called Amyloidosis. We had gone up to up Boston U. in March getting testing done, etc., but he didnít get well enough from the effects on various systems/organs to be able to start the chemotherapy and then the stem cell/bone marrow treatment needed).

Although we are fans of different teams, we are still humans and need prayers at times.

Please add him to you prayers and prayer chains if you would.

Thank you

Please let PalmBeachBrownie know that we here at Steelers Fever are praying for his brother and family. God works in mysterious ways, as we all know, and I firmly believe in the power of prayer and the healing power of the Lord. Please keep us updated.

Just got this message from his big brother PalmBeachBrownie.

Thanks to all for your thoughts and prayers.

We're leaving to go there in a couple of hours to support my Mom and basically say good bye to my little brother.

If he could be on here and give you a message, I know exactly what it would be: Beat Michigan.

Just to update everybody, I have been having some problems here but just got this post from PalmBeachBrownie.

Again, thanks to everyone.

I am sad but somewhat relieved to tell you that Chris passed away around 1:30 this morning, 19 days shy of his 52nd birthday. He fought hard.

I take solace in the fact that this year, he'll be watching The Game with Woody and our Dad.

Prayers for his family now that the Peace and Comfort of the Lord will surround them.
