Hard choice. But I have to go with Hines Ward. The guy's got a lot of heart and gives 150% every play. When you see him on the field he is always smiling and enjoying the game. Close seconds would be Ben Roethlisberger, Jerome Bettis, and Troy Polamalu.

Well I cant pick just one it would have to be Ward, The Bus and Polomula, well of course Big Ben also.

Hines Ward without a doubt. Hardnosed tough guy who plays receiver in an era where theyall want the ball. Class act all the way. Glad we gave him the $$$ he deserved!!!

Big Ben and The Bus are a tie in my book.

On defense it's Polamalu, the best SS in the game today (that's right,**** you Ed Reed, you overhyped peice of shit).

Current Steeler - Jerome Bettis - for what he brings to the team on and off the field.

As Peter King said on SI.com after the Cincy game - "Enjoy him while you can, folks. This rodeo won't be in town much longer."

All Time Steeler - Jack Ham - no less an authority than Jack Lambert says he is the best OLB to ever play the game and he kept his mouth shut while doing it.

Least Appreciated Steel Curtain Steeler - Ernie Holmes - would be a tremedous nose tackle in a 3-4 today.

Now if you are talking about all time steeler favorite it is Jack Lambert. We should get rid of the steeler emblim and put #58's face in its place. His attitude is still what we are all about.

All time.. Greg Lloyd.. What an animal he was.. Him and Lambert are the black and the gold through and through... And I always loved Louie Lipps.. He was awesome for the time he was with us and he rarely is even mentioned anymore. And Rod Woodson.. We could sure use him right now.. As for current you can't go wrong with Heinzy.. That smile, the hits, the comradere, and his all around love of the game makes him by far the most respectable Steeler.. no.. NFL player around!!! The only thing that's tough to make this decision is that I still love Ben,Bettis,Randle El,Portor,Smith,Polamalo,Kemo(hometown favorite boise st.) and Reed...(kickers never get there props)

Just can't choose one. But of the underrated players it would have to be Danny boy Krieder. The man just opens up holes and blasts linebackers

Lambert is my favorite player from the Super Bowl era. I just can't pick a current favorite. There are to many good ones.
