The Associated Press reports Pittsburgh Steelers general manager Kevin Colbert will serve on the new general managers committee. The new committee will provide advice on protecting and supporting the integrity of the game, expanded use of technology, player development and scouting opportunities, and ways to improve the Pro Bowl, NFL Scouting Combine, NFL Draft and preseason http://www.kffl.com/team/30/nfl .

Committee Co-chairmen will be Ernie Accorsi of the Giants and Ray Anderson, the NFL's executive vice president of football operations,
other committe members will be the Bears' Jerry Angelo, the Cardinals' Rod Graves, the Jaguars' James Harris, the Eagles' Tom Heckert, the Panthers' Marty Hurney, the Saints' Mickey Loomis, the Chiefs' Carl Peterson, the Giants' Jerry Reese, the Seahawks' Tim Ruskell, the Texans' Rick Smith and the Jets' Mike Tannenbaum.

No representative from the Patriots*??

Granted they may not give much opinion on improving the integrity of the game...but who else could give more information on "expanding use of technology"?
