10 of those teams dont have a winning record. the steelers have started 3 and are 7-2. 1 of those losses came from our #1 starter. were in pretty good shape.
i gotta agree with cowher saying they dont wanna jeopardize bens season or his career. and hes been playing hurt for a while. why keep him playing at 85% for the rest of the year if you can have him back at 100% next week.

The Jets sure don't want him...they already had the embarrassment of vastly overpaying Pennington then watching his arm turn into jello...it's not likely they'd pay for another guy who has an even weaker arm...

The Steelers are fortunate to have such a great running game and defense..and depth at QB to help out and just keep on winning..

Many of those starts were due to injury, though. Not many QBs have been benched.
