"Championship!"

:chuckle:

the edwards/holmes intraconference rivalry should continue to be a good one.

If you didn't see it, I believe it'll likely make ESPN's top plays.

Too bad Anderson couldn't have been more accurate in his passing so Edwards didn't have to make an acrobatic catch. It was just a basic 5 and out pattern...

If it was a basic 5 and out pattern, then BE ran the wrong route. So it's not Anderson's fault.

Sick catch, I love watching Edwards...athletic freak of nature.

However, that should have been a simple catch but Anderson seriously threw the ball behind Braylon. If Braylon wasn't such a fine athlete, incomplete pass.

How do you know it was Anderson's fault on that? If BE was supposed to run a "simple 5 and out" as someone else suggested, then the ball was right where it should have been, but the receiver wasn't.

I'm not saying it's anybody's fault, because I don't know the play call, but it looked like BE was turning in (slant/buttonhook) whereas DA was looking for the out.

Sweet catch. Braylon is definately one hell of a WR. Too bad he's wears those ugly colors, and therefore I have to hate him.

I have to agree he is a good reciever and I also have to agree I hate those stained colors as well.

I LOVE busting on the Browns.

DA looked like a HOF QB yesterday...but, then again, so did Kellen Clemens.

Our backup safeties proved why they were backups on the first TD by the Jets. They bit hard on a play fake that wasn't all that well executed.

That loss is going to make the Browns claim to the AFC North Preseason Championship a little harder. I wouldn't make up those t-shirts just yet.

I don't know about that! lol I think they'll get another chance to compete. I was upset to see the two long TD passes, but it's preseason and it was backups. So now I am just hoping for no injuries to our starting safeties! lol

Hey it was pre-season and the starters for both o and D only played one series. What you saw was the second string and the Taxi squad (those wanting to make the team. I wasn't that impressed with the second half after Dorsey got in. I said on our board I hope he is a better QB coach than he is now a player, 3 interceptions against players who may be bagging groceries next week. Oh well it is pre-season and any football is better than Arena football, or none.

Fact, no team that has lost all its pre-season games has ever gone on to win the Super Bowl.

There is that fact that does kind of matter. I just need 1 pre-season win to be comfortable.

I didnt' know that. A buddy of mine told me that the 1972 Dolphins lost all their preseason games. I never bothered to verify, him being a Dolphins fan, I figured he knew. Guess he was wrong.

Unfortunately your buddy wasn't as accurate as he could have been:

Looks like they were 3-3 in the preseason that year.

Meh, he's younger than I am...and my mom was still in school in 1972, no worries.
