I'd have to say Gary Russell as well. Thunder and Lightning have other important work to do! :tt03::tt02:

Gotta go with Russell

Only problem is that the Steelers probably will not dress their #4 RB on gameday.

The job probably goes to Mendenhall or Parker.

my vote goes to Parker, for now atleast

Mendenhall runs too upright, he needs to get LOW

Won't be a problem if we get rid of Moore. Anyone notice that Davis has been getting work on alot of Moore's supposed duties.

Where's the option for Kordell Stewart?

That's because they are trying to decide on whether to keep him or Russell.... Davis is gone!

Gary Russell reminds me of Barry Foster in that he is always falling forward for that extra yard. I like the kid and he adds value as a short yardage back.

yep, too upright. here are two other things i have noticed with mendenhall.

1. he looks afraid to get hit at times.

2. he hesistates too much when going into the O-line.

my guess is the lineup for gameday looks like this; parker, mendenhall, russell, davis.

moore can be replaced by mendenhall.

I would say it will be russell for now but as the season gos on Mendenhall will get better and be our third down back.

I think I probably agree....

It's no secret that I like Russell, but more importantly, Moore hasn't shown me much so far. It seems unlikely that Moore would be released, so I'll go with my initial thoughts of 5 RBs on the roster. Which would most likely mean Russell isn't dressed on gameday.

Actually, if Moore is our main return guy we will be able to dress all of our RB's on gamedays

Man, I hope so.

Let Dezmond Sherrod be the FB/#3TE since Davis cant block anyways.
