For non-local fans without Sunday Ticket, it looks like most of the country will be seeing the Jets play Miami at 1:00 on CBS and the Cowboys play the Clowns at 4:00 on FOX.

In case you need to see what games will be on local TV in your area, these maps may help.

Early game on FOX: http://the506.com/nflmaps/2008-01-FOX1.html
Late game on FOX: http://the506.com/nflmaps/2008-01-FOX2.html

Texas BBQ.

Not only the Sunday Ticket but digital recording

Ripping control of the replay away from the freakin networks is priceless.

What should I have my wife make?

How about some blackened grouper and gator bites (ya know....they taste like chicken).

I'll probably fire up some homemade cheesesteak!!

All that red is due to Brett Favre playing with the Jets b/c I doubt anyone outside of Miami and New York want to see that game.
