I have little experience with eBay, i am sure someone else can help you further or expand/correct on what i will say.
On the plus side, the seller has positive feedback & from viewing the store is & assuming has sold a fair amount of signed merchandise.
On the negative side, unless the pictures are not showing up for me, there is no real clear pictures of the jersey and signature together & the price is a bit cheap for a signed item.
I would say he seems fairly legit & mentions you could pick up your item from their store, so it isn't just an online seller. The lack of proper pictures (if they are not showing up) & prices would be my major concerns, however hopefully someone else can pass their opinion on the seller.

Be careful on ebay when buying a jersey as there are a ton of fake jerseys on there

B&G are very reputable - they represent Jerome and many others so the autograph would be legit.
The only thing that bothers me about that jersey is that it's not a true authentic and looks like a cheap knock-off. Look how shiny and shimmery the jersey looks and then look at a picture of any Steeler in their jersey and you can see it's not that silky, shiny material.

Too cheap to be real. He may have signed this jersey but for 100 bucks, you aren't getting a real jersey. If it were completely authentic, this would fetch at least 350-400. An authentic jersey runs about 280 sans autograph.
It's worth 100 bucks though - for what it is. Not bad for wearing at the game - I'd wear it - at least you won't feel stupid ruining it.
