When I was reading Tagg67's post "How to spot a fake Jersey" I just got an idea. Maybe we should make a sticky thread in this section with eBay sellers' list whom V have dealt with & who V thought were trustworthy. Cuz the ones who rip the fans off with fake jerseys R just way 2 many 2 list. Getting a right jersey has become just 2 much pain nowadays.

Also 2 protect our members from random trolls who register here just 2 sell some stuff, maybe V should put some qualification type of stuff on that sticky like only members who have posted more than maybe 400 or 500 posts can enter a name or something like that.

Or maybe V can send the seller names 2 the mods & if those can pass mods' judge then mods can enter the names themselves, u know? Whichever way 2 keep it nice & clean.

Both of these websites have a list of legit sellers which may be useful to use in compiling our own one

Nice post Leon.

I had a quick look at the second link & found the seller i bought my jersey pictured in my avatar from, JADGANG. Very good seller from my single experience, the store sells a lot of Steelers jerseys, more than any other team & you will be able to find a fair few stiched name & number jerseys for the Steelers.

I am definately glad i found the store randy & it's good to hear another person who has had a good experience with the same seller. Extremely pleased with my jersey & for a reasonable price. I will definately be buying more items from JADGANG in the future, i would probably have ordered them by now but the $AU has plummeted.

this is a good post. I just replied to Tagg's post regarding a seller on ebay that got removed. Luckily I received my jersey and was not one of the ones he ripped off.

Go onto www.ioffer.com and check out the seller, FlintSports. Awesome jerseys and prices all stitched and sewn.

Ugh.

I was drunk e-baying again.

I won.

I'll let you know how the jersey is. It was a very good price, and the guy has very good ratings.

Ya, man.

This was the second time. Haha.

But both cases were things UNDER 100 dollars.

The Vette would have been hard to explain to the missus (if you have one).

I just bought a Farrior All-Stitch Home jersey from wrens79.

The jersey came today. The delivery was prompt (impeded by the New Year). The price was also reasonable.

I can only assume that it is a knock-off since I got it for 46.00 plus 6 or 7 shipping from Minn. The jersey is quality, however, for (again) a knock-off.

I had a jersey just like it and with extensive washing the threading became a little shabby looking. For the value, however, I got my money's worth.

The jersey looks great, and I will wear it with pride. I wouldn't have bought it normally (I try to get stuff directly from the Steelers now), but I can't complain.

If that's what you are looking for, I would highly suggest this seller.

There are two minor flaws. I apoligize for the TERRIBLE picture phone quality, but you get the idea. (It was easier than finding the cord for my digital camera).

The logo has a minor sewing blunder in the bottom right corner. It isn't painfully glaring, however.

The top of the 5 and the 1 are not parallel, but, to be honest, you can't tell when I have it on. You can see the logo in the corner of the photo. I don't think it's too obvious. Again, I got what I paid for.

Ya. It's backward... Use your imagination. Also, ignore the intense concentration... I'm hungover, and my camera phone requires a very steady hand.

EDIT: I realize that this entire post goes against the purpose of thread (to find AUTHENTIC Steelers dealers), but it's an EBay purchase nonetheless...

I did tell my wife about the bid the next day, She was pissed even about the bid. I tryed to explain to her the vette was a z06 and the bid was 42000. So we would have got it for under book value. But in a down economy it doesnt justify the purchase I guess.
