i have tailgated before but either at a visitor's stadium or college games and all that we did was drink before games at bars. well, this will be our 1st tailgate experience with the giants game where we are fans of the home team.
we want to do the whole tailgating thing, meaning hanging out, drinking, and cooking out. from what i am hearing, this is not allowed in any of the garages right? and sounds like the non pre-sold parking lots may sell out/ fill up quickly on gameday and to buy a presold lot pass is pretty salty.
my question is if this happens and we have to park in a garage, is it bad etiquette to load up a cooler of beer and just walk around to other tailgaters? if parked in a garage, are you allowed legally to walk with coolers to tailgating lots? could we pack up food also in a cooler to grill with strangers? offer strangers money to hang out/eat some of their grub?
just wanting to get an idea before hand to maximize the experience. thanks for any help! :tt03:
