Tight end Heath Miller, who left Monday night's game in the second quarter with a sprained right ankle, is listed as doubtful for Sunday's game with the Colts. Free safety Ryan Clark (dislocated shoulder) is cleared to return to practice this week. "We anticipate having him back," coach Mike Tomlin said. Punter Mitch Berger (hamstring), safety Tyrone Carter (ankle), running back Najeh Davenport (hamstring) and wide receiver Hines Ward (shoulder) are day-to-day.

The Steelers will play three homes games in three weeks for the first time in 22 years when they play host to the Indianapolis Colts, San Diego Chargers and Cincinnati Bengals beginning Sunday. The last time the Steelers spent three consecutive weeks at home was Oct. 19-Nov. 2, 1986.

Linebackers LaMarr Woodley and James Harrison are big reasons why the Steelers are on pace to obliterate the team record for sacks -- the record is 55; this defense is on pace for 64 -- but Tomlin isn't ready to canonize his linebacking crew just yet. "I think I would give them an incomplete at this point," he said. "We're eight games into this thing. Not a bad body of work, but we need to heat up at the appropriate time. The great rush units define themselves late in the football season and the playoffs."

Cornerback Ike Taylor has been shadowing top receivers with great success of late. In the past three weeks, Cincinnati's Chad Ocho Cinco, the New York Giants' Plaxico Burress and Washington's Santana Moss have combined for just 13 catches for 81 yards and one touchdown almost exclusively against Taylor. "Ike is a guy that embraces those types of challenges," Tomlin said. "It brings out the best in him."

71.2 -- Indianapolis' road winning percentage under Tony Dungy, the man who gave Steelers coach Mike Tomlin his first NFL coaching job.

40 -- Years since the Colts won in Pittsburgh. The franchise is 1-9 all-time against the Steelers.
