Great video on NFL.com about Mike Tomlin.

You can see how passionate he is and how thrilled he is to be in Pittsburgh. The city, the fans and the passion of Steelers football is in his blood like he was born with it. I'm thrilled he's ours.......and I believe he's going to lift that Lombardi more than once as a Steelers head coach! :tt03: (this year would be a nice start. :wink02:)

that is a GREAT video...

Did you hear the players when the came off the field.. "Yes Sir" Wow.

yet he is laughing with them as well.

It is still early in his career... but all signs point at this time to lightening striking three times.

Tomlin is the man he never seems to get excited during a game.

I love Coach T - the Rooneys are batting .1000 when it comes to selecting head coaches :tt02: Tomlin is a natural motivator and has stepped into his position effortlessly - the perfect segue from Cowher to the new reign. You can see that he loves being head coach of the best organization in sports, and he's remained respectful of that, with the proper note of humility. He never fails to mention Steelers Nation in his interviews, and the support that we give to our beloved team.

Tomlin has made very few mistakes, and he knows how to strike the right balance between coaching and being able to relate to the players as one of them. Here's hoping that he gets to hoist the Lombardi high, just as his predecessors Noll & Cowher before him :drink:

I was very skeptical about us getting him but he has proven to me that he is as much a part of the team as any of the players and even the Rooney's!
